In this week’s ‘60 Seconds with….’, we’re excited to introduce you to our quality manager Simon.

What is your role within RST?

I’m the Quality Manager, responsible for ensuring we consistently meet standards to deliver excellence with precision.

How long have you been working for RST?

I have been working here for 11 years now, having just marked my anniversary in January.

What do you most enjoy about being part of RST?

I love being part of a business that puts quality first and I take pride in our ‘Precision is Standard’ ethos. It helps that it’s a fun place to work.

What is your RST Superpower?

My superpower is the ability to stay calm and composed, no matter what challenges the job throws my way.

What is a fun fact about yourself that your teammates might not know?

It’s not something I usually share, but despite my Michelin-star tastes, I’ve often have a secret craving for McDonald’s.
