Maureen was a founder of the business with her husband, Robert Stanley Taylor (Bob). Together they built up the business to be the supplier of precision engineering services to global customers. Maureen has been part of the leadership of the company for almost 40 years and continues to head up our accounts department.
Director
Initially, Sean qualified as an electrician before joining the business in 1998. Sean takes the lead in heading up operations for us, including quoting, HR, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance. A key part of Sean’s day-to-day role is ensuring customer satisfaction, whether that be for the initial quote, through the quality of the work, and delivery times.

Jason started his engineering career by completing an apprenticeship before joining RST in 1990. Jason heads up our EDM department, and with over 35 years of experience in precision engineering, he has mastered the art of being able to complete seemingly ‘impossible to manufacture’ jobs.
Director
Joining the business in 1994, Paul is responsible for CNC Machining and Toolmaking. He and his team oversee multiple projects to precision machine components for high-profile customers in the automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and communications industries.
