Find out more about team member Sean

Today we are shining the spotlight on Sean as we continue our ‘60 Seconds with….’ to learn more about his journey at RST Engineering.

What is your role within RST?

I am a director of the business but also known as the man of all trades as I have a wide range of tasks throughout all the departments. For example, I quote every job that comes our way. I manage HR, the wiring department, the quality department, and also health and safety.

How long have you been working for RST?

27 years. I started in February 1998 and became a director at the beginning of 2003.

What do you most enjoy about being part of RST?

I take pride in knowing that our business began with my parents, and now, alongside my two brothers, we're continuing their trade. It's rewarding to see how the company has grown, from our staff to our expanded locations and increased size.

What is your RST Superpower?

My superpower would be managing customer satisfaction. I’m always available to assist and open to suggestions or improvements that can make life easier for our customers.

What is a fun fact about yourself that your teammates might not know?

A fun fact about me is that I used to have a passion for the world of jam making.
